Come and join us for lunch – The speaker will be Kristin Bauder, LAT, ATC – BS Sports Medicine, AFAA Personal Trainer. She has over 25 years in the Athletic health and wellness industry. She is both a Posture and Mobility specialist and Balance over 60 trainer and is well versed in working with seniors. This should be an enlightening discussion for all.
